Io'lokar

Io'lokar is the legendary home of the Dragon Conclave and their stone giant and humanoid servants. Few outside Argonnessen even know the city exists, yet alone have visited. The population is highly diverse, and the city government democratic and egalitarian. All people are expected to contribute to the best of their ability, but all are respected as equals without question.

The name means 'City of Knowledge' in Eberron Draconic, and it was created as something of a social experiment, a haven and refuge for all non-dragonfolk. Many dragons would like to see it destroyed, but most are indifferent to its existance. It is the mysterious sect of dragons called the Wardens who are responsible for its founding and continued existence.
