Day 18, Dysis 5, Year 352
- Three Hwacha left. Radjic is taking one, apparently. Pulled by Kevin the Riding Lizard.
- Leaving two for Lann.
- Spy the remains of the Crusader camp to the east.
- To the South there appears to be a goblin camp in some marshy forest.
- According to Akito, planar battle. Ghosts versus something else.
- Neesja and Vasia sneak into the abandoned crusader camp.
- +1 Full Platemail, bad to put on if not same religion.

- Don't recognize the symbols.

- Journal. Commander was Carinus.
- In the Commander's journal are:
- Dates of recent conquests leading up to the Eclipse, including one marked 'Anniversary of Ponaian Integration'.
- Notes and notations on ways to kill a variety of feywild creatures.
- Halfway progressed map towards the goblin city.
- A prayer noted for emergencies only that is supposed to return them to Mesan.
- The back half is mostly prayers.

- Found weird fungus. Brought it back to Cirina to look at.
- There was a point in time, about a hundred years ago, when the Monitor Demigods had something of a fad in the area. A couple books were written about these otherwise obscure figures, some of them even good. They're functionary deities and general... keep-the-gears-turning figures.
- Mother Vulture, specifically, had specific edicts about the reuse of corpses and a fondness for creative revenges. If left alone, this will probably turn into something that really, really wants to get revenge for those goblins.
- Begin to head South to investigate the marsh.
- Icy thing out there. Vasia and Akito can identify some safe spots. (Can avoid event)
- Vasia sees faces in the leaves when she goes to bed.
- Akito hears heartbeats.
- Neesja and Cirina on watch, talking with Book.
- It seems to know the percentage of Tanuki, but does not know the population.
- The Book also informs Radjic about their homeland being invaded. Radjic was unaware.

Evan's Session Report
The Road So Far - Dysis 5, 27 Days Since Meeting
Three hundred years ago, the gods disappeared.
A little less than a month ago, several people met at a jobs posting board.
Since then, things have gone a little sideways. After working together to solve a murder, they found a conspiracy involving the town’s Justice and an attempt to use the upcoming eclipse to bring about the end of the world.
Though this was stopped, they learned in the process that the correspondence of the spheres would bring about a grander change in the world, with the barriers between the planes becoming increasingly thin as the mechanisms of the universe started to tick down.
With nothing better to do (along with some assistance and nudging by helpful associates), the party set about fixing things. Along the way, they’d met the old cyclops Ponpiketes who assisted from his remote hideout of Mons Pouthena.
After stitching up the first interplanar rift - a gap torn between the material plane and the shadow where they had to deal with mirror images of themselves, the party learned more about the task they’d taken up. They, and the organization whose mantle they’d taken up, were the repair people for the world, keeping things from completely unwinding in the absence of the gods.
They encountered the Harbinger of Rovagug, wounding the dragon in their flight down the mountain with a series of tremendously cool stunts, acrobatic feats and dropped boulders, injuring the monster enough that it chose to retreat rather than assault the nearby town of Bourrah.
From there, they traveled towards the next interplanar rift and, along the way, located another Harlequin hideout. They learned more about the orders and their missions, took stock of resources and considered using the location as a base after quite a lot of bloodletting brought the heartward back to life.
The trip north introduced them to Lann the Craftsman and his wife, the Blood Queen Aofie, refugees from the First World - and a talking book, who agreed to travel with the party instead of causing problems in Aofie's attic. After discerning that they were not particularly hostile, they agreed to introduce Lann and his entourage to some folks in Bourrah, before the camp was attacked.
Soldiers from across the world, where a new god is on the rise, lost and attempting to strike out at a hated foe. Mesanic crusaders with gunpowder and rockets attacked but were repelled, all but one falling in the process.
Which brings us back to the present, where the dust settles in the aftermath of the fight and the party prepares to return to Bourrah - both to introduce Lann to their contact and to get back in touch with Ponpiketes at their hideout.
