The Coup

The coup was a revolution against the Ireron leadership of the 5 nations. It lasted 1 week in that time the palace was decimated my Eskanan Liresite mines refined by Haren manufacturing. The capital city was claimed by the tribes of Baador. The leader of the coup was major conslav Serith by order of his king, he along with the ministers of the twin isles and Dutchess of Harnae
The dutchess of Harnae allowed the empress to stay in Harnae with her at the Haren palace. This was Serith’s first move in orchestrating the coup. While the empress was gone Serith took the opportunity to rally the lower class citizens of Ireron and ready them to revolt. He even had some of her own royal guards turned to their side with the promise of no persecution.
His next move was to transport liresite to Harnae because of their advanced manufacturing processes to make liresite mines which would be used to breach barricades.
He then arranged a council that would put in place a puppet leader in Ireron the council consisted of the ministers from the twin isles, Eskanan high commanders and members of the Haren royal family.
Over the course of the next three months, Conslav would lead the most devasting attack the world had ever seen. He had the militaries prepare the forces necessary to overcome the resistance that would be seen.
After months of preparing the order was given for the armies to sail across and occupy cities whilst the leaders of the coup went to the empress to accept defeat. But they were met with guards barricading her inside the throne room.
The leaders were not going to allow this to stop them so all the non-sympathetic guards were promptly executed. Once they breached the throne room the empress pleaded for mercy from her guards and claimed that they let the nations be left alone and work by themselves. This was met by anger and the killing of her emperor. Serith then demonstrated the power of the Eskanan mines by blowing up the palace around them revealing the burnt remnants of the upper-class area of Ireron. The mines were placed in such a way so that people could not get down from the throne room which the Empress pointed out. An Eskanan Troop Carrier rolled underneath and carried the leaders and guards to safety whilst the Empress was left to watch Silvis burn.
This was the signal the lower class citizens were watching for, they blockaded the city. Then forced the city watch inside makeshift arenas and made them fight to the death for food which would often be the other's corpse. To make things more interesting they would put in hounds, fire or even a single blunt machete and watch the other hack the other into pieces.
