Talva Everstone

Talva is the Council Speaker of Charveck. She is a lean and attractive woman with brown hair and green eyes. She's well-known and well-liked in Charveck, mostly do to her family's charity work in town.
The city state recently had its king, Pyrrhus Evergold, assassinated. Pyrrhus' family fled the city. Following the assassination, the noble households argued over who should be the rightful ruler. Talva, who comes from one of the more prominent households, suggested the nobles instead create a council. After they agreed, the council elected Talva as Council Speaker.
Generally, the Council Speaker does not have any more power than the rest of the council, but has the authority to make day-to-day decisions on behalf of the council. Talva is also the person responsible for delivering news and orders to the city's other leaders such as the guard captain and the guild leaders.
