As a truly neutral world allowing everyone the ability to serve and be served as they wish. This does lead to struggles between believers that sometimes becomes public, but in general struggles between opposing views take place more on an honor system in the wilds as neither wants to reduce the tourist income. Occasionally there is bloodshed that makes the news or involves visitors.
