Midnight Madness is a play written by an unknown playwright. It is also unknown when the play was first performed and where it comes from. However, it is a very popular piece and is frequently performed by all levels of artists.
Midnight Madness story centers around the discovery and events around a pendent necklace called the Oath-mark pendent. In the story the stone in Oath-mark was discovered a thousand years ago by a family. They took the stone and set it into the pendent that split into two, without cutting the stone at all. From the creation the family that had it rose to power. Then there started to be more odd and spectacular events that happen. These events ranged from good to bad. Those that held the Oath-mark pendent were said to be the rulers of the land. The play ends with the Oath-mark disappearing to save a nation.
The story and writing of the play are ok and not what keeps people coming back to it. The conspiracy theories that the play has spawned are the most interesting thing about it.
