Tulin
Those with ancestory from The Tulin Dominion, a former empire that ruled the majority of Hesi'Thaczil. The Tulin's hail originally from the north-east shores of Hesi'Thaczil, in the area that is now the Ruined Dominion.
The Tulin ethnicity developed over many centuries of intermingling between the dwindling population of the Shining Men of Bulzimer and tribes local to the north-east of Hesi'Thaczil. What emerged was a people of noble bearing that lacked the physical size and strength of the Shining Men but were still taller and stronger than the average human. The Tulins were not as long lived as the Shining Men, but did tend to lead longer lives, anywhere between 134 years was the median life span for a Tulin. They did age a slightly slower rate as well.
Tulins had a slightly fairer complexation compared to the Eshani people. They tend to share the Eshani's dark hair but shaved the tops and sides of their heads and allowing the back grow out into a long-braided ponytail. This style was popular among both men and women, though women would adorn their braids with flowers or jewelry.
Modern Tulins were driven from Hesi'Thaczil after the collapse of their empire and now reside in Vestri, where they founded the city state of Trode.
