House Bael

House Bael once ruled over the river delta currently known as Deltora. They were a shipping family that escaped dwarven rule with their fleet of merchant vessels. When the Dwarves had been removed by the Sumarrians the people would not accept them back, saying they abandoned their duty. Now they function more or less as a merchant company. Their symbol is a sea serpent and their colors are green and blue. They are currently based out of Bradis.
