The citizens of Anagod are numerous, and I'm not sure how to divide them up so that I can keep it sensible. I considered putting them in with their locations, but I'm still not sure.

Either way, we have our natural people, who were born on the natural plane and live there for most of their lives; most do not have magical powers, or have powers scaled to sensible levels for an above-average magician of their location. Of those, there are the Important historical figures who weren't powerful or impressive enough to make it to the respected authority part of the category, but are a little more than common; notable, powerful, and knowledgeable as well as explorers, adventurers, and diplomats.

The supernatural are intensely magical by nature of their existence. Mostly gods, devils, and aspects. Also, the Cat and I.
