Toolmancy

Called many things, mostly depending on preferred medium, toolmancy (or artimancy, craft-magic, forge-magic, imbuement, etc.) this is what happens when one makes something, be it an art piece or a piece of armor or weapon, a statue, jewelry, whatever.

Most simply enchant existing pieces, but those spells are weak. Hand crafted from raw materials is the best you're going to find, and finding the crafter to do it is hard, and affording their work is harder.
