The Bugs

Bugs are a single species with many forms. Despite having four normal shapes and three typical roles in the hive, the single purpose is to serve the Queen. As a Bug's life continues, they can usually develop more attrubutes of a given type.
The types are matched to natural elements, and I can't actually remember them, 'cos this was the Cat's idea that he won't let me edit.

Air plus fire is a wasp, air plus Terran is a flying beetle. 
The Queen is the ultimate shape of all four types of Bug, which include a dung beetle like shape, a preying mantis like shape, a beelike shape, and a water-bug like shape (the skaters ones, not the beetles), in that she's got the claws, the mandibles, the feet/legs, and the wings--yanno, the good bits.
They were created by The Aspect of Bliss, who was trying to make up for her mistake with the trolls.
