Domains

Domains, or dominions, are the natural "bubble" of one's personal power. People born in the feywild have this inherently, people exposed to large amounts of magic develop them, and most of the time, this is a completely invisible thing that most people aren't aware of. Faeborn faeries are aware of them and work hard to develop and strengthen it.

Within one's domain, one is nearly all-powerful. One is aware of their surroundings and everyone within the domain. Any magic within the domain is subject to the will of the Domain Holder (on rare occasions, sheer overwhelming force of magic can diminish the dominion and its effects, but that takes a SHITLOAD of magic for anyone being held within a domain.

Depending on the host, the domain can be different colors or shapes, invisible or blinding, and the powers used within are specific and unique to the caster.

Overlapping Domains can happen, and are unpleasant as fuck to be in, and being exposed for prolonged periods of time can result in damage. Once again, depending on the domains, the effects range from simple hiccups to turning green permanently.
