Centaurs

Pretty much the classic horse-from neck-down, human-from-hip-up creature. They are a second type of prototype of beastfolk that Mrga, Goddess of Beasts tried to create, along with minotaurs.
They reproduce only with other centaurs. (This obviously doesn't mean non-centaurs can't have sex with them, it just means nothing will happen.) 
Foals are gestated for a full year, the human-shaped top half is usually more developed than a human at birth would be and can hold its head up (though it's still pretty wobbly). They nurse on the two breasts on the torso of its gestational parent for a year, with a steady plant-based diet until they reach puberty around ten years old and start consuming meat as well. 
Native to the grasslands of Elsee, they are a wide-roaming but centralized species, with having little suited terrain. There are always exceptions, but mostly, they want to keep their hooves on the ground somewhere they can get around okay. 
Because of this, centaur culture is limited in scale but deep and rich, with some regional variations but traditions are strong and held close, and there's generally a camaraderie that ends up drawn on species lines a lot. 
Minotaurs, in spite of sharing a similar origin, are not necessarily friends. Centaur individuals lean toward being private and keeping to themselves. They are more welcoming to newcomers when they're in a home-group on territory, but how much you wanna take them up on being welcomed depends on a lot of factors, least of all the group of centaurs-- they're people, same as anyone else, and they'll have you over for dinner or kick you to death for funsies, same as any other species.
