A short, fat, bald wizard of untold power and knowledge, he has been Headmaster of Mazeway for at least a hundred years and no one has knowingly seen him in nearly half of that. 

Unbeknownst to his students, he often lurks the hall in the shape of his familiar, a silver tabby cat.
