The Nas Ashca: Introductory Guide

This article is maintained by the Immigration Support Bashi with the assistance of the Nas Ashca Taijis Nil Historical Bashi.
Of all the Exclusion Zones, the only one that cannot accept immigrants and has no borders with conventional reality is the Nas Ashca. We ask that if you have an interest in visiting the Nas Ashca once you have completed the immigration process, you fill a standard travel request form and submit it to your local Temple Travel Bashi. Reality around the Nas Ashca is especially unstable, and many immigrants are never able to build up the resistance to travel there safely.

History

The Nas Ashca is built on the ruins of Cir Nacayjil, originally the capital of the Empire of Basat. It was torn apart when Emperor Mukhadori opened the first Gap: Introductory Guide and triggered The Rending.

In the chaos that ensued after the initial rending and The Rending War, High Ashad Isha and Talija returned to the ruins of Cir Nacayjil in an attempt to get the reality tear under control. However, the Gap proved too dangerous and successive bashi were deployed, during the Age of Chaos, to establish a means of managing the Gap.

The Gap is unusual in that it is the only egressive Gap, or reality tear. Mukhadori intended to send an army through it to reach the Gap in the chamber in what would become the Amin Duum Exclusion Zone. It means that anything can travel into the Drift between realities, but nothing can come out, according to understanding of our Gap Physicists. This makes it more dangerous, in some ways, as people can be pulled into the Gap when it opens. As it is also exposed, rather than being underground, it is particularly hazardous. As the territory of Basat remains highly toxic and the Exclusion Zone around it especially large, we do not anticipate individuals approaching the Nas Ashca.
