The Nine Hells

Built by and for the devils during the Dawn Age. It has, as the name implies, nine different layers. Each layer has its own ruler and its own laws but must obey the ruler of the next layer down. And the lowest level is ruled by Asmodeus himself, the Lord of Hell.
