Keeper's Guide to the Zoo
Editor-in-Chief of Keeper's Guide to the Zoo
A Chaotic Stocktake!
This year was one of our best. We got to record millions of brand new species, including our blueback boars, flowerpot jellies, and three extremely dangerous blood frogs. We are expanding our collection at an exponential rate!
Our stocktake this year was not without a hitch though! Our golden fox skulk, led by Angel, wriggled their way out once more, giggling as they sat in front of their enclosure. They are the one animal in our collection that no matter what, find a way to escape!
Did You Know?
There are over five thousand sectors in the A to Zoo!
We sit in a pocket realm all to ourselves, which allows us to expand infinitely. Each sector is a million miles away from its neighbours, and we use a portal system to get to each one.

Feed Chrome Carpet Sharks
In the Coastal Waters Sector 6 are six chrome carpet sharks. They are bright and colourful, with the most adorable moustache shaped tassles on their face! Hold your hand flat with some food on your palm, and wait for these sharks to glide over and suck the food up in their tiny mouths. You may even feel their little teeth tickle you!Weave Bird Nests
Come learn how to weave different bird nests next to our vigilant bowerbird enclosure! These delightful rainforest birds weave some of the biggest, most complex nests in the Andromeda Galaxy. Our keepers will show you how they accomplish this, and you can practice your hand at weaving a sturdy nest. These tiny sharks are extremely friendly. Only $89.99 to feed them!

Attention!
Please follow instructions and please remain on paths at all times. Do not feed or touch animals unless it is explicitly allowed.
Surprise Hatchlings!
The babies can already be seen swimming around the river, following their parents. River noodles are very gentle creatures, so they won't hurt visitors, but please stick to the boardwalk when wandering through this enclosure. If you're lucky enough, maybe one of the hatchlings will slither up to lick you!
Our two adult river noodles, Keesi and Gala, are some of the loveliest creatures any visitor could meet. They have both been with us for twenty years now and have bonded with the same keepers all these years. We have been looking to try and partner up these two noodles, but it has been incredibly difficult. Naturally, they are quite solitary creatures, but these two have been a platonic pair their entire lives. We pretty much gave up on the idea of ever getting baby river noodles, so this surprise was extremely welcome!
