Overview

Since the disappearance of the jindo during the Great Betrayal, many cities have introduced new laws that encourage folks to surrender any jindo made artifacts in exchange for coin, pardons, or tax exemption for certain lengths of time.
Hunting parties going off to adventure in the dangerous ruins patrolled by living constructs have more than doubled with the introduction of new laws.
The governing bodies who introduce the laws claim to want the artifacts to study the secrets of jindo magic so that everyone can learn how to enchant or imbue objects with magic and resume the upward trend of technological progress that halted when they left.
