Includes Arboreal. You may be in Treefall in a terrain feature with the Woods keyword. To be in Treefall, you are either placed there in the same manner as Ambush or after a special action in the feature. When in Treefall, you are considered to be in in an elevated position 3” above the encounter area surface and you cannot be contacted without a Climb test. You are +1 DEF in addition to any modifier from the feature. In addition to normal LOS rules, when in Treefall you are out of LOS of all models beyond 6” unless you have made a ranged attack. You may leave Treefall at the start of any activation for free. You may move around in the same Woods feature and still be considered in Treefall. Any measurements to or from you while in Treefall are made using your position above the encounter area surface.
