Split-Horn Kijin in Dungeons & Dragons 5e

Split-Horn Kijin [Racial]

Prerequisites: Kijin subrace

When kijin are born as twins, each inherits only a portion of their progenitor's spiritual power, but also lack proper capability to store their overwhelming power occasionally leading to berserk states.   While you are Bloodied, you have Advantage on Strength Checks and Strength Saving Throws, and you can make a single Melee Weapon Attack as a Bonus Action when you take the Attack Action. You have Disadvantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma Saving Throws, and you must make a DC 5 Flat Check whenever you attempt to cast a spell, losing the Action but not the spell on a failure.   When you are Bloodied, you may use your Reaction to make a Melee Weapon Attack against a creature within your reach. Once you do so, you cannot do so again until you finish a Short Rest.
