Materials: a sample of the target’s blood, taken as the target suffers 1d4 slashing damage, and a locket worth at least 15 GP
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour
You touch a willing creature and drain its blood from its body, leaving the creature unconscious for the duration. A blood-born phantom of the creature appears in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of its body.
The phantom can move through openings as small as 1 inch wide and can flatten itself into a puddle of blood to conceal itself. The phantom cannot attack, manipulate objects, or carry anything, and it cannot move farther than 250 feet from its body.
The phantom has an AC equal to your spell save DC and Hit Points equal to the unconscious creature’s current Hit Points when the spell is cast.The phantom has Resistance to all damage.
If the phantom is reduced to 0 Hit Points, is farther than 10 feet from its body when the spell ends, or if your concentration is broken, the creature immediately awakens, takes 8d6 Necrotic damage, and gains one level of Exhaustion. If the phantom returns to within 10 feet of its body before the spell ends, the creature awakens with no ill effects.
