Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the Risen Bellringer to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is Holy, radiant, or from a critical hit. On a success, it drops to 1 hit point instead. Call of the Dead. Undead creatures within 30 feet of the Bellringer have advantage on Wisdom saving throws against being frightened or turned. Loud Death. The Bellringer can be heard from far away when it uses Toll the Dead Bell. This may attract more undead at the DM’s discretion.
Heavy Bell Clapper. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 bludgeoning damage. Toll the Dead Bell. Recharge 5–6. Each non-undead creature within 15 feet that can hear the bell must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn.
