Harpoons Away - Attach up to 45 feet of rope as a Bonus Action before making an attack to tether an opponent to you and grapple them. Large and smaller targets struck by the Shock-Jav when using this maneuver must make a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + Your Strength modifier or else be restrained. While the target is restrained, you may make a contested Athletics ability check with advantage as a Bonus Action to try and pull the restrained target 15 feet closer. The target is restrained until it succeeds on a Strength saving throw against your Raider DC at the end of each of its turns.
Properties
Armor Piercing I
Adhesive - The device can be removed by a target after passing an Athletics check against a DC equal to 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + Your Strength Modifier.
Electric Discharge - This weapon automatically discharges its one electrical charge on a successful attack, dealing 1d8 Lightning damage to the target in addition to 1d8 AP I Bludgeoning damage, and half the rolled Lightning damage to targets within 15 feet. Otherwise, if the weapon does not have a charge, it only deals 1d8 AP I Bludgeoning damage.
Light
Lightning Rod - Lightning-based attacks against a target hit with this device ignore elemental resistance mods and the target has disadvantage on any saving throws against lightning-based spells, areas of effect, or lightning-based explosives, whereas lightning-based attacks have advantage against the target. This effect persists until the target has successfully removed the Shock-Jav.
Rechargeable - This device can be retrieved, then reused after a short rest.
Thrown
Special Properties
Electric Shock - Targets that have been hit with this weapon cannot take Reactions until the start of your next turn.

A variant of the Thunderspear that augments or empowers lightning attacks instead of being directly explosive. Instead of an explosive tip, it is equipped with a flat, adhesive-coated magnet, with 3 barbed prongs arranged around its outer edge to carry the current from other sources. Once attached, it is very difficult to remove and requires great strength to detach. It also applies an initial shock to debilitate the target on contact. This is often employed in vehicular combat to attack the occupants of a vehicle directly without damaging the chassis or paneling.
