These Gelgiren were initially constructed to be a portable form of the Chronicle located at Hat’aellor, but with their awakening, they lost their connection to Hat’aellor and must seek this information themselves.
The Soldania inherit the domain of Knowledge.

Your memory is perfect and cannot be altered by magical means. You can recall with perfect clarity anything you have ever seen, heard, or read. You automatically succeed on History skill checks to recall information you have previously encountered. Additionally, the time taken to learn a new language, skill proficiency, weapon proficiency, or tool proficiency, is halved.
