Sammy Has Worked for Carol Channing for Most of his life. Before the War he was her driver and personal assistant. He now serves as her bartender at the State Theater. He looks out for Carol and is mindful of people who enter her establishment. He does not have any Romantic interest in Carol but is a loyal Friend and Confidant.

In addition, Survival becomes a Tag skill, increasing it by 2 ranks. Party Boy: You cannot become addicted to alcoholic drinks, and whenever youdrink an alcoholic drink, you heal +2 HP. Shotgun Surgeon: Your ranged attacks using shotguns gain the Piercing 1 damage effect, or add +1 to any Piercing X damage effect the weapon already had.
